Geely's Li Shufu Doesn't Want Supervisory Board Seat at Daimler -Bild Am Sonntag
--Daimler AG's (DAI.XE) new major shareholder Li Shufu, the owner of Geely Automobile Holdings Ltd. (0175.HK), doesn't want a seat on the German car maker's supervisory board, he said in an interview with German weekly Bild am Sonntag.
--"I never asked for a supervisory board seat and for me this doesn't have priority at all," Mr. Li said.
--Mr. Li recently acquired a near 10% stake in Daimler, raising questions whether he would receive a seat on the car maker's board.
