ADRs End Mostly Higher, Kingsoft Cloud and Tuya Trade Actively

International stocks trading in New York closed mostly higher on Friday.
The S&P/BNY Mellon index of American depositary receipts ticked up 0.2% to 153.31. The European index edged down 0.4% to 148.05. The Asian index climbed 0.9% to 176.72. The Latin American index rose 1.5% to 204.45, while the emerging-markets index advanced 1.1% to 297.24.
Kingsoft Cloud Holdings was among those whose ADRs traded actively.
The Chinese cloud storage company rose 7.7% after it said its chief executive purchased 2 million shares of the company.
Cloud development platform Tuya gained 4.3% despite earlier in the week reporting lower revenue in the first quarter and warning of persistent market challenges throughout the rest of the year.
