Atlas Copco Buys UK Compressor Distributor

STOCKHOLM--Atlas Copco said Tuesday that it has acquired Maziak Compressor Services, a U.K. distributor of air compressors, nitrogen generators and process cooling equipment as well as related services and support.
The Swedish industrial tool maker said the acquired business has 40 employees and had revenue of around 7 million pounds ($8.7 million) in 2022.
The purchase price wasn't disclosed.
