Trending: Cisco Beats Profit Estimates, But Orders Decline
1407 ET--Cisco Systems is one of the most mentioned companies in the U.S. across all news items in the last 12 hours, according to Factiva data. Cisco beat expectations for quarterly profit and sales Wednesday, but executives didn't increase their top target for annual revenue and revealed that orders declined again. Executives also increased their annual profit guidance, but did not raise their ceiling on revenue growth for the year, as some analysts expected. Dow Jones & Co. owns Factiva.
