Iberdrola Explores Stake Sale of US Renewable Assets, Expansion Reports

--Spain's Iberdrola is considering selling up to 50% of its renewables assets in the U.S., Expansion reports, citing several market sources.

--The energy company could raise up to EUR5 billion with the stake sale, according to the Spanish business newspaper.

--Iberdrola's renewable energy business in the U.S. is controlled by its North American subsidiary Avangrid.
