OMV Supervisory Board Chairman to Resign At AGM
By Giulia Petroni
OMV AG on Friday said that Mark Garrett will resign as supervisory board chairman at the next annual general meeting.
The Austrian oil-and-gas major said Mr. Garrett's decision not to run for another term is due to new professional challenges and limited time resources.
Shareholder Oesterreichische Beteiligungs AG will propose Lutz Feldmann as a candidate for election to the board, according to the company.
OMV is set to host the AGM on May 31.
