Safran Makes Three Executive Committee Appointments

Safran SA said Tuesday that it has made three executive committee appointments that will come into effect immediately.
Franck Saudo has been named chief executive officer of its electronics and defense division, succeeding Martin Sion, who will become CEO of ArianeGroup, a joint venture of Safran and Airbus SE, the French aviation-industry supplier said.
Cedric Goubet has been appointed CEO of Safran Helicopter Engines, replacing Mr. Saudo, while Francois Bastin will succeed Mr. Goubet as CEO of Safran Landing Systems.
