Nibe Industrier Ends Interest in Fujitsu General

STOCKHOLM--Swedish heating technology company Nibe Industrier AB said Monday it has decided to end the process of evaluating a potential bid for Fujitsu General Ltd.
Nibe said last month that it was considering making an acquisition of all or a majority of the Japanese company.
Shares rose 3% Monday to 107.30 Swedish kronor ($10.22) after the news.
