Otter Tail Shares Up 7.6% After Hours on Planned Move to S&P SmallCap600

Shares of Otter Tail Corp. increased 7.6% to $67.49 in after-hours trading on Thursday after the S&P Dow Jones Indices said the stock would join the S&P SmallCap 600 next week.
Otter Tail will replace UFP Industries Inc. on the index. UFP Industries is moving to the S&P MidCap 400, where it will replace LHC Group, which is being acquired by UnitedHealth Group Inc., S&P Dow Jones Indices said.
The changes are effective prior to the opening of trading on Feb. 23.
