Seadrill Says DNB Bank Has Sold 1 Million Shares in The Company

Norwegian offshore oil-rig operator Seadrill Ltd. said Thursday that DNB Bank ASA has sold 1 million shares in Seadrill for 425 million Norwegian kroner ($41.2 million).
DNB Bank sold the shares at a price of NOK425 a share and after completion of the offering it holds 2.4 million shares in the company, representing around 4.87% of Seadrill's outstanding shares and votes.
