Stock prices rose Tuesday afternoon, with the Morningstar US Market Index gaining 1.33%, led by gains in communication services stocks.
Gains were led by communication services, which was up 1.97%; and technology, up 1.92%.
The Morningstar Style Box was up across the board. Small growth stocks led the way with a 2.15% gain while mid value trailed the rest of the style box with a 0.59% increase.
Tesla (TSLA) was the most-actively traded stock Tuesday afternoon, gaining 2.37% to $145.42 per share. Among other actively traded stocks, Marathon Digital Holdings (MARA) was up 12.76% to $19.80, Ford Motor Company (F) was up 0.7% to $12.97, and Grab Holdings Limited (GRAB) was up 4.92% to $3.52 per share.
