If a client used the Oct. 31, 2020, or Nov. 30, 2020 Morningstar Quantitative or Pillar Ratings, what actions should they take?

Morningstar is preemptively removing all Morningstar Quantitative Ratings (Overall Rating, Parent Pillar, People Pillar, Process Pillar) published on those dates out of an abundance of caution and will display the current Morningstar Quantitative Ratings as of Sept 30, 2020 in products, data feeds, and reports. If any clients utilized Oct. 31, 2020, or Nov. 30, 2020, Morningstar Quantitative Ratings, please review how and with whom the data was used. If your firm has individual compliance policies regarding correcting data, please follow those guidelines to address.
