Aquila Investment Management has agreed to sell most of its municipal-bond investment advisory business to New York Life Investments. This strategy is among those impacted by the pending transaction, which will close on or about July 19, 2024. Per the agreement, MacKay Shields will become the subadvisor for this strategy. We have placed it under review while assessing the impact of these changes.
