On Jan. 8, 2024, Columbia announced it would trim a number of little-used share classes in a move that should simplify investors’ choices going forward. For Columbia Select Mid Cap Growth, the R shares will be liquidated on April 19, 2024; unless investors take action to move to other share classes before that date, those R shares will be automatically exchanged for Class A shares of Columbia Government Money Market Fund IDSXX.
