Rosie Edwards was named comanager of BlackRock International Dividend on June 15, 2023, the firm announced. Edwards has nearly two decades of industry experience, the past four years of them at BlackRock. She joins as comanager with Olivia Treharne and Molly Greenen, sharing agenda-setting responsibilities for portfolio-manager-only meetings and all aspects of managing the portfolio, including client meetings. Edwards will keep her consumer staples and discretionary coverage, while strategic research projects she led in the past will be handed to veteran healthcare analyst Andy Kocen. The move bolsters the leadership team but doesn’t add resources, so the strategy’s People rating remains Average and its Morningstar Medalist Rating stays at Bronze for all but the priciest C shares, which stay at Neutral.
