Create a career that matters

You have the opportunity to develop the career you want and take roles based on your interests. Program alumni have moved into roles in sales, tech, marketing, investment research, and eventually, leadership positions.

Who We Look For

We’re open to all majors and disciplines for the MDP business track. For the tech track, computer science or a related field is preferred. Are you smart, creative, hard-working, curious, and passionate? Join us.

Hear From MDPs

“Being an MDP offers me the flexibility to change to a completely new role. In fact, I just moved into my current role after being a back-end developer on the data services team. The program also provides me with the added benefit of pursuing side projects that I’m passionate about, which might not have anything to do with my core role.”

Raaghavendar Karthikeyan, Associate Software Engineer, Class of 2017

“The best thing about my time as an MDP was the opportunity to build a community with the people I work with and take the time to invest in my personal and professional growth. I am now a product manager for Morningstar.com, where I help share Morningstar’s expertise with investors from around the world. And I’ve made more than a few friends along the way, too!”

Sarah Lux, Product Manager, Class of 2014

“I went to grad school for management but didn’t come from a business background in undergrad. I’m grateful that the program accepts employees from all different backgrounds and allows MDPs the opportunity to enter the career path that interests them most."

Kathleen Ashcraft, Customer Support Team Leader, Class of 2016
