3 Stocks for Quality Seekers
These stocks all enjoyed upgrades to their economic moat ratings last month.
Director Martin Scorsese’s latest film, The Irishman, premieres this month. Starring heavyweights Robert DeNiro, Al Pacino, and Joe Pesci, the epic crime movie is more than three and a half hours in length. I haven’t decided yet whether I’ll go to a theater to watch it (which is the way that every Scorsese movie should be viewed, in my opinion) or if, given my increasing antsy-ness with age, I'll instead watch it from the comforts of home via Netflix.
Granted, few of my friends are as jazzed about this movie as I am. After all, Scorsese’s work isn’t everyone’s cup of tea. Some filmgoers are put off by the violence and profanity that color his films. Others may have no interest in his subject matter. Yet fans and foes alike would probably agree that Scorsese’s work is always high-quality.
