European Markets Little Changed

European markets were little changed Monday amid thin volumes.

The FTSE edged up 0.2%. The CAC 40 Paris slipped 0.1% while the DAX edged up 0.1%.

Markets in Switzerland, Austria, Greece, and Norway were closed for holidays. Volumes were thin also because of public holidays in Germany and France although the markets there remained open.
