State Street Proposes Actively Managed 'Flexible Allocation' ETF

Given the holidays, it's not surprising that last week saw no launches of any exchange-traded funds. However, in recent days, a variety of ETF providers have placed many filings for funds in the hands of U.S. regulators. Here is a look at each of the filings.
State Street Proposes Allocation ETF
On Dec. 18, State Street filed with the SEC for permission to create an actively managed "flexible allocation" ETF that would invest in a variety of asset classes, market-capitalization ranges, and market sectors based on a tactical asset-allocation strategy.
