On Wednesday, March 20, actively managed exchange-traded fund issuer AdvisorShares launched an actively managed ETF that seeks to pick undervalued investments across all areas of the bond market.

AdvisorShares Newfleet Multi-Sector Income ETF (MINC) primarily invests in investment-grade securities and diversifies by allocating investments across many areas of the fixed-income markets, including non-U.S. issuers. The fund targets an average portfolio duration of between 1 and 3 years, which could make it less sensitive to interest-rate changes than other bond ETFs. Up to 20% of the fund can be invested in high-yield debt.
