Vanguard Cuts Fees on 24 ETFs
Eyeing the success of SPLV, PowerShares drafts plans for two more low-volatility ETFs, while T. Rowe Price offers details on its actively managed diversified-bond ETF.
In late December in three separate filings, Vanguard announced expense-ratio reductions on 24 of its exchange-traded funds, including significant cuts in the prices of its United States equity sector ETFs.
The announcements clearly are the latest volley in the ETF price war that has continued unabated throughout 2012.
