Europe: Stocks Choppy After U.K. Banks Downgrade

Shares in Europe were trading volatile early Friday, after Moody's downgraded ratings of several British and Portuguese banks and as nervousness over jobs data to be released today offset strength in Asia and a positive close overnight.
