(MarketNewsVideo.com) -- This morning, AK Steel (AKS) declared its quarterly dividend of five cents per share, maintaining the amount paid last quarter. With the dividend, the company also announced strong fourth quarter earnings of thirty six cents per share, easily topping Wall Street estimates of twenty cents per share.

In afternoon trading, shares of AK Steel were trading higher, up more than six and a half percent on the news.

In other dividend news, supermarket chain Kroger (KR) maintained its quarterly dividend of 9.5 cents per share. Constellation Energy Group (CEG) maintained its quarterly dividend of 24 cents per share. Bank of Hawaii (BOH) maintained its quarterly dividend of 45 cents per share. And Stonemor Partners (STON) maintained its quarterly dividend of 55.5 cents per share.
