Woolworths plans to sell consumer electronics chain

SYDNEY, Jan 31 (Reuters) - Australian retailer Woolworths said on Tuesday it plans to sell its consumer electronics chain, Dick Smith, and has received several unsolicited approached, which it is exploring.
