    Does anyone have an opinion on these two funds. Morningstar rates WAAEX an Analyst Pick, but their returns over the past 5 -10 yrs are comparable and the Vanguard fund has much lower expenses (1.27% vs .14%) Is there any reason to invest in WAAEX vs VSMAX
