      with my limited resources i have located one bond fund PTLDX that did not loose money during 1994 interest rate increase since fund inception 1988 this fund has occured one loosing year, 2008 for a whopping loss of 1.3% i currently own this fund. plddx is similiar with a lower resasonable  minimum. anyother funds with a positive return for 1994 and 1999?? retired and own: ptldx , hstrx , habdx , fgmnx , prpfx robert
