With the Fed not raising interest rates for at least 2 years until mid 2013, why would we consider buying floating rate CEFs? I see that PHD is down today, but the others(EFT, JRO ,PFN,TLI, VVR, VTA) are up. TIA for an explanation. Gene

Fairly new to CEF investment and would like opinion on JRO or other Floating Rate Funds. Most of my fixed income investment ..... Debating to reduce some of those investments and purchase some JRO in anticipation of rate increases plus the higher yield. Thanks
