Hi Folks - I need some recommendations on if I should restructure/reallocate my portfolio. I want to stay in the Vanguard family of funds. Here's some info to help: · Almost 64 years of age– borne 1946 · 2 years from retirement – would like to remain employed till I reach age 66 (full SocSec) · Have tendency to be too aggressive (remember Global Crossing & Metro Media Fiber Network?), but I’m too close to retirement and need to be more risk averse · Goal is to produce $25-30K annual income for spouse and myself during retirement · My current 401k uses select BlackRock funds, and I recently transferred or rolled-over 100% of 401k to Vanguard STAR traditional IRA because I didn’t like my 401k fund choices as well as VG · I continue to maximize contributions in 401k and will roll-over into Vanguard when I retire · If all goes as planned, I expect to have the following retirement monthly income: $1,200 pension + $2,000 SocSec (mine) + $1,000 SocSec (spouse) = $4,200. Below is current Portfolio – please recommend reallocation using Vanguard funds or should I just stay in the STAR fund?
