HNA Is Being Probed Over Reporting of Deutsche Bank Stake -Bloomberg

--Deutsche Bank's (DB) largest shareholder HNA Group Co. is being investigated by BaFin, the German financial supervisor, in regards to whether it accurately reported its holdings when forming its stake in the German bank, Bloomberg reports, citing unnamed sources.

--A spokesman for HNA said the company's voting rights communications have always been correct, while the regulator declined to comment, Bloomberg reports.

--HNA first acquired shares in Deutsche Bank in late 2016 and now has a 9.9% stake, according to Bloomberg.
