Cash deal would make Atos primary IT provider for Xerox
Computer-services company Atos SA will buy Xerox Corp.'s information technology outsourcing business for $1.05 billion in cash, a deal that would bolster the French company's position in the U.S.
The deal, expected to close in the first half of 2015 and subject to regulatory and antitrust approvals, is part of Atos' move to focus on its core business.

Technology Outsourcing (ITO) business to Atos
for $1.05 billion prior to closing adjustments, with additional
consideration of $50 million subject to the condition of certain assets
