New Mountain Finance Corporation (the “Company”) (NYSE: NMFC) announced
today that it has completed an underwritten primary offering of
2,000,000 shares of its common stock and a concurrent underwritten
secondary offering of 4,900,000 shares of its common stock on behalf of
a selling stockholder, New Mountain Finance AIV Holdings Corporation
(“AIV Holdings”), including 900,000 shares of the Company’s common stock
that were issued on behalf of AIV Holdings pursuant to the full exercise
of the option granted to the underwriters by AIV Holdings to purchase
additional shares, at a public offering price of $14.30 per share.
