SAN FRANCISCO (MarketWatch) -- Shares of SunEdison Inc. and subsidiary TerraForm Power Inc. rallied Tuesday as Wall Street cheered their first step into the wind-power business.
Sunoco Logistics Partners L.P. (NYSE: SXL) (the “Partnership”) today
announced that Sunoco Partners LLC, its general partner, has declared a
cash distribution for the third quarter 2014 of $0.3825 per common unit
($1.53 annualized) to be paid on November 14, 2014 to unit holders of
record on November 7, 2014.
Sunoco Logistics Partners L.P. (NYSE: SXL) today announced the pricing
of $200 million aggregate principal amount of 4.250% senior notes due
2024 and $800 million aggregate principal amount of 5.350% senior notes
due 2045 of its wholly owned subsidiary, Sunoco Logistics Partners
Operations L.P. (the “Operating Partnership”). The 4.250% senior notes
due 2024 are being offered as additional notes under an indenture
pursuant to which the Operating Partnership issued $300 million
aggregate principal amount of 4.250% senior notes due 2024 on April 3,
Sunoco Logistics Partners L.P. (NYSE: SXL), announced that it has
commenced a public offering of 7,700,000 common units pursuant to an
effective shelf registration statement on Form S-3 previously filed with
the Securities and Exchange Commission.
