SAN FRANCISCO (MarketWatch) -- Among the shares expected to see active trade in Tuesday's session are those of Take-Two Interactive Software Inc., Fossil Group Inc. and McKesson Corp.

Take-Two Interactive Software (TTWO) is projected to report fiscal-fourth-quarter earnings of 11 cents a share, according to a consensus survey by FactSet.

"We expect fiscal-fourth-quarter 2014 results to meet or exceed consensus, driven by strong digital revenue, including GTA Online. Fiscal 2015 guidance will be the key to the stock in the near to medium term," analyst Arvind Bhatia at Sterne Agee said in a report.

Fossil (FOSL) is forecast to post first-quarter earnings of $1.18 a share.

"We expect Michael Kors to continue to perform very well and we estimate Michael Kors is approximately 15% of revenue. We also expect strong international sales and gross margin improvement," analyst Ronald Bookbinder at Benchmark Research said.

After Monday's closing bell, McKesson (MCK) said its fourth-quarter profit rose to $1.58 a share from $1.10 a share in the same period a year ago. Sales also increased to $38.14 billion versus $30.52 billion. Adjusted earnings came in at $2.55 a share, better than the $2.39 projected by analysts in a FactSet poll.

Shares of the San Francisco-based pharmaceutical distributor rallied 3.9% in after hours.

Rackspace Hosting Inc. (RAX) reported first-quarter earnings of $25.4 million, or 18 cents a share, compared with $27.3 million, or 19 cents a share, a year earlier. Revenue rose to $421 million from $362.2 million.

Analysts surveyed by FactSet had forecast Rackspace to earn 12 cents a share. Rackspace shares jumped 11% in after-hours trading.

Elizabeth Arden Inc. (RDEN) reported a fiscal third-quarter loss of 84 cents a share. Analysts had expected the beauty products company to break even on a per-share basis.

Shares of Elizabeth Arden slumped 17% in extended trading.
