Community Bank System, Inc. (NYSE: CBU) announced that it has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.27 per share on its common stock. The dividend will be payable on April 10, 2013 to shareholders of record as of March 15, 2013. The $0.27 cash dividend represents an annualized yield of 3.7% based on the closing share price of $28.99 on February 22, 2013.
