The 140-page magazine focuses on taking action right now to help people transform their health and fitness by sharing real-life, positive examples. Readers will learn about the NEW Body by Vi Challenge, a 90-day health and fitness platform with exciting additions such as Project 10™ and Challenge Trainer™ which offers rewards and incentives for success on the program. The magazine will also contain weight-loss, active and fitness success stories, important health and fitness tips, as well as features on leaders who are on the frontline making a difference in the fight against obesity.
