SAN FRANCISCO (MarketWatch) - Hewlett-Packard Co. HPQ Chairman Ray Lane and other directors will meet with about 20 major investors on Monday in response to a campaign to oust Lane and two board members, The Wall Street Journal reported Sunday. The campaign is being led by CtW Investment group, an arm of the Change to Win labor federation. In a statement, an H-P spokesman told MarketWatch, "H-P regularly meets with our investors, particularly in advance of our annual shareholder meeting. These meetings often include members of our Board of Directors." H-P shares were last trading down a fraction at $19.18.
