HAMILTON, Bermuda, Feb. 13, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Platinum Underwriters Holdings, Ltd. (NYSE: PTP) announced today that the Board of Directors has declared a quarterly dividend of $0.08 per common share. The dividend is payable on March 29, 2013 to shareholders of record on March 1, 2013.
