PERTH, Western Australia, Feb. 26, 2013 /CNW/ - Tiger Resources Limited (ASX/TSX:TGS) ("Tiger") is pleased to announce it has filed a technical report ("the Technical Report") entitled "Independent Technical Report (NI-43-101), Kipoi Copper Project, Stage 2 Definitive Feasibility Study, Democratic Republic of Congo".
The report, dated 22 February 2013, was prepared in accordance with National Instrument 43-101 ("NI 43-101") in support of the Company's release on 9 January 2013 disclosing the results of the Stage 2 Definitive Feasibility Study.
The Technical Report has been filed under the Company's profile on SEDAR (www.sedar.com) and can also be viewed on the Company's website at http://www.tigerresources.com.au.
The Technical Report was prepared by Mark Zammit and Quinton de Klerk of Cube Consulting Pty Ltd (West Perth, Western Australia), David Readett of Mworx Pty Ltd (Perth, Western Australia), and Dr Simon Dorling of CSA Global Pty Ltd (West Perth, Western Australia). Each author of the Technical Report is a Qualified Person as defined by, and independent of Tiger for the purposes of NI 43-101.
There were no material differences in the mineral resources or mineral reserves between the Technical Report and the technical disclosure contained in the Company's release on 9 January 2013.
