EVANSVILLE, IN -- (Marketwire) -- 01/31/13 -- Vectren Corporation (NYSE: VVC) announced the Board of Directors declared a quarterly common stock dividend of 35.5 cents per share, unchanged from the prior quarter. The dividend will be payable March 1, 2013 to shareholders of record at the close of business on February 15, 2013.
Last November, Vectren increased its quarterly dividend rate, extending Vectren and predecessor companies' record of increasing annual dividends paid to 53 consecutive years.
