2013/2/27 - Macquarie Global Infrastructure Total Return Fund Inc. Announces Regular Quarterly Distribution

“We increased the distribution by 14% to $0.32 last quarter, and we are pleased to keep the distribution at this higher level,” said Mr. Jonathon Ong, Co-Portfolio Manager of the Fund.

Based on the Fund’s net asset value (“NAV”) of $22.51 and New York Stock Exchange closing market price of $20.36 on February 25, 2013, the $0.32 per share distribution is equal to an annualized distribution rate of 5.7% at NAV and 6.3% at market price, respectively.

A portion of the distributions may be treated as paid from sources other than net income, including, but not limited to, short-term capital gain, long-term capital gain and return of capital. The final determination of the source of all distributions in 2013, including the percentage of qualified dividend income, will be made by the Fund after December 31, 2013.

This distribution will be payable on March 20, 2013 to shareholders of record on March 13, 2013, with an ex-dividend date of March 11, 2013.
