TORONTO, Feb. 19, 2013 /CNW/ - Medical Facilities Corporation (TSX: DR) ("Medical Facilities" or the "Company") announced today that a cash dividend payment of Cdn$0.09375 per Common Share will be payable on March 15, 2013 to holders of record of Common Shares at the close of business on February 28, 2013.

The ex-dividend date for this distribution will be February 26, 2013. Medical Facilities designates this dividend to be an "eligible dividend" pursuant to subsection 89(14) of the Income Tax Act (Canada) and its equivalent in any provinces of Canada.
