2013/3/4 - Crown Holdings, Inc. Announces The Promotion Of Timothy J. Donahue To President And Chief Operating Officer And The Appointment Of Thomas A. Kelly As Senior Vice President And Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Donahue was formerly Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, a position he held since 2008.  Prior to that, he had served as Senior Vice President – Finance since 2000 and as the Company's Controller from 1991 to 2000.

Mr. Conway commented, "Tim has made significant contributions to the success of the Company and has been an important member of the Crown executive team over the course of his twenty-two years with the Company.  I am confident that Tim will provide strong leadership in this new position of Chief Operating Officer."

Mr. Kelly was formerly Senior Vice President – Finance, a position he held since 2009.  Prior to that, he had served as Senior Vice President – Corporate Controller since 2001.

Mr. Conway commented, "Tom has served the Company for over 20 years and has been a vital part of our senior management team over the last several years.  Tom brings a wealth of knowledge about Crown and our strategy and I am delighted to have him succeed Tim as our next Chief Financial Officer."
