Operator: Good afternoon, ladies and gentlemen, and welcome to Acme Packet’s Conference Call. At this time, all participants are in a listen-only mode. Later, we will conduct a question-and-answer session with instructions given at that time. During the Q&A portion of today’s call, we ask participants to limit themselves to one question and one follow-up question. Also as a reminder, ladies and gentlemen, this conference call is being recorded.
Now I would like to turn the conference over to your host for today’s call, Mr. Brian Norris, Director of Investor Relations for Acme Packet. Please go ahead, sir.
Brian Norris - Director, IR: Thank you, Amber. Good afternoon, everyone, and welcome to our 18th quarterly conference call. I am Brian Norris, Director of Investor Relations, and I’m joined here tonight by Andy Ory, our President and Chief Executive Officer; and Peter Minihane, our Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer.
The format for the call is as follows – Andy will begin with a high level overview of our financial and operating results. Peter will then follow with a detailed discussion of the numbers and our outlook for 2011. We’ll then open the call up for Q&A.
Press release announcing our fourth quarter results along with our financial statements, as well as a reconciliation of non-GAAP financial measures to the most directly comparable GAAP measures is available on the Investor Relations section of our website at www.ir.acmepacket.com.
All results and expectations we review this afternoon are on a non-GAAP basis, unless otherwise described as GAAP. Non-GAAP net income and non-GAAP net income per share are non-GAAP financial measures, which exclude stock-based compensation, as well as amortization of intangible assets and merger and integration-related expenses associated with the Company's acquisition activity.
