Republic Airways EVP/CFO Tim Dooley to Address Cowen and Company’s Global Transportation & Aerospace/Defense Conference in Boston

Republic Airways Holdings Inc. (NASDAQ: RJET) announced today that Executive Vice President and Chief Finance Officer Tim Dooley will address Cowen and Company’s 7th annual Global Transportation & Aerospace/Defense Conference on September 3, 2014, in Boston, Mass. The presentation will be from 10:35 a.m. to 11:10 a.m. (EDT).

Top executives from more than 40 of the nation’s largest companies also will present at the conference, including American Airlines, Delta Air Lines, Honeywell, Air Canada, JetBlue, WestJet, CN, Air Transport Services Group and Kansas City Southern.

A copy of the Company’s presentation will be available on www.rjet.com at the start of Mr. Dooley’s appearance.
