UPDATE: Google, GoPro, Nike are stocks to watch Wednesday

SAN FRANCISCO (MarketWatch) -- Among the companies whose shares are expected to see active trade in Wednesday's session are Google Inc., GoPro, and Nike Inc.

Google(GOOGL) will host its annual developers conference in San Francisco where it is expected to show off new enhancements for its operating system. The buzz in the tech industry is that Google will introduce easier ways to multitask with Android, including a shortcut to use certain apps without having to open those programs. MarketWatch's live blog will be up and running in the morning.

GoPro, a video camera maker, is expected to make its market debut after pricing its initial public offering later Tuesday.

Nike(NKE) is projected to post fourth-quarter earnings of 75 cents a share, according to a consensus survey by FactSet.

ConAgra Foods Inc.(CAG) is likely report earnings of 57 cents a share in the fourth quarter.

Accenture PLC(ACN) is forecast to report third-quarter earnings of $1.21 a share.

Lennar Corp.(LEN) is likely to post second-quarter earnings of 51 cents a share.
