ServiceMaster Clean and ServiceMaster Restore Announce Top-Performing Franchises at International Convention

ServiceMaster Clean and ServiceMaster Restore, leading providers of disaster restoration and janitorial services in the United States and part of ServiceMaster Global Holdings, Inc. (NYSE: SERV), announced their top-performing franchises at their joint international convention held in Phoenix this month.

Top awards and award winners include:

Marion E. Wade Award of Honor and International Growth Award. Not only did Grant and Shelley Miller of ServiceMaster Restore of Edmonton in Alberta, Canada lead all non-U.S. franchises in growth, but they also earned the Marion E. Wade Award of Honor. Named after the founder of ServiceMaster, this is the highest recognition a franchisee can receive. The Millers led ServiceMaster Clean and ServiceMaster Restore in all aspects of performance, including customer service, growth, sales, operations and employee development.

In addition, four franchises were presented with the Marion E. Wade Expert Awards, in recognition of their outstanding performance and leadership within a specific service line. These winners include: Brent Alexander and Wendy Alexander of ServiceMaster Action Cleaning (Monroe, La.); Kevin Kallas and Nathan Kallas of ServiceMaster Kwik Restore (Cary, Ill.); Grant and Shelley Miller of ServiceMaster Restore of Edmonton (Alberta, Canada); and Ralph and Sarah Reynolds of ServiceMaster of Woodbridge & Fredericksburg (Fredericksburg, Va.)

Employee of the Year. Cynthia Malby is the production manager at ServiceMaster by Davis in Cleveland, Ohio. Malby, who has been with the business for six years, leads a team of 25 individuals, oversees the hiring and training of all employees, and is responsible for service quality on more than a dozen accounts. She received this award for her leadership, commitment and customer-focused approach, and her dedication to helping her coworkers develop and excel in their roles.
