BOE minutes show interest-rate vote split 7-2 again

The Bank of England's Monetary Policy Committee voted 7-2 at its September meeting to keep rates on hold and its quantitative-easing program unchanged, according to minutes released on Wednesday. The minutes show seven members were in favor of leaving the key interest rate at a record low of 0.5%
