North Korea's supreme court has sentenced a 24-year-old U.S. citizen to six years of hard labor, saying he committed "acts hostile" to the country during a visit in April. The sentencing of Matthew Todd Miller of Bakersfield, Calif., makes him the second American known to be sentenced to hard labor
