LOS ANGELES (MarketWatch) -- Moody's Investors Service cut its debt rating for Atlantic City, N.J., into speculative or "junk" territory Wednesday, its second downgrade for the gambling haven in nine months. The two-notch debt-rating cut to Ba1 from Baa2, sending it one level below investment
