Larry Puglia is a vice president of T. Rowe Price Group, Inc., and T. Rowe Price Associates, Inc. He is also a portfolio manager in the Equity Division. Larry is president of the Blue Chip Growth Fund and chairman of the fund's Investment Advisory Committee. He is also executive vice president and an Investment Advisory Committee member of the Personal Strategy Funds, and he serves as a vice president and Investment Advisory Committee member of the Growth Stock Fund. In addition, Larry is an Investment Advisory Committee member of the Tax-Efficient Balanced Fund and the Tax-Efficient Growth Fund. Prior to joining the firm in 1990, he was a senior manager with Peat Marwick Main & Co. specializing in banking. Larry earned a B.A., summa cum laude, from the University of Notre Dame and an M.B.A. from the Darden Graduate School of Business, University of Virginia, where he was a Shermet Scholar with highest honors. He also has earned the Chartered Financial Analyst and Certified Public Accountant accreditations.
